Brunch cafés · since 2018
Cotidiano
Open kitchens, specialty coffee and the kind of breakfast that takes up the whole morning.
The idea
Cotidiano is a brunch café built around ordinary days. Open kitchens, specialty coffee, and a menu of fresh, comforting plates you can order at any hour we are open — brunch classics, homemade pastry, seasonal dishes and a proper Portuguese roast. Every café has its own personality and the same idea behind it: a room where locals and travellers both feel at home.

A day at Cotidiano
The kitchen is open from the first coffee to the last slice. This is roughly how a day goes.
- 08:00 First coffee Portuguese roast, pastry out of the oven, and a kitchen that is already working.
- 10:30 Brunch Eggs, sourdough, seasonal plates. The reason most people walk in.
- 13:00 Lunch Something warm and quick — or slow, if the day allows it.
- 16:00 The last hour Cake, filter coffee and the calmest part of the room before we close.
